The aim of the conference is to provide a venue for discussion and exchange for all researchers and professionals interested in themes that can be analyzed through a multidisciplinary approach in law and economics.
The conference will be held at the Faculté de Droit, Sciences économiques et Gestion de Nancy, 13 place Carnot, 54000 Nancy.

Around table,organised in collaboration with the Institut des Etudes et Recherche sur le Droit et la Justice (IERDJ), will be held the day before the conference, at the Faculté de Droit, Sciences économiques et Gestion de Nancy. This round table will be open to students, academics and legal practitioners.
The AFED Young Researcher Prize(€1,000) is awarded for a paper presented at the conference. A "young researcher" is defined as a person enrolled in a doctoral program or having defended his/her thesis less than 5 years before the date of the conference. A full paper must be submitted at the time of application. If writing with a senior co-author, the young researcher specifies his/her contribution. If writing with one (or more) other young researcher(s), the prize is awarded jointly.
Publication :Two articles may be selected for possible publication in the special European Associations issue of the European Journal of Law and Economics.
Subject to acceptance, in order to present a paper at the AFED annual conference, it is necessary to be a member of AFED.
